It is recommended to restart WAYSKIN device when it does not work properly. In the following problems, it can be resolved by holding down the power button for 10 seconds to reset WAY device.

* When WAYSKIN does not respond during charging. * When there is an error of environment information from WAYSKIN device. * When WAYSKIN's Bluetooth connection is not working. * When WAYSKIN does not respond by pressing any button.
