Title WAYSKIN device is not charging.

When WAYSKIN device battery is not charging, there may be several possibilities such as power source problems(i.e.USB port or USB cable, etc.)

Please try the following steps.

1.Please use different USB port. The charger may not receive sufficient power from the USB port or USB port may be faulty. 2.Please use different USB cable. USB cable may be the problem. 3.Please reset WAYSKIN device. When WAYSKIN device does not respond, please hold the power button on the reverse side of device for 10 seconds to reset, then try charging again.
