Title When connected to other mobile devices using the same username account, the WAYSKIN device does not connect.

Although the WAYSKIN app is programmed for only one registered WAYSKIN device on a single account ID, you can use the same username in other mobile devices equipped with other OS. If you attempt to use a new mobile device rather than your existing mobile device and cannot connect the WAYSKIN device, please do the following: 1. Sign in to the new mobile device you want to use. 2. If a pop-up saying, "This account was logged in with a different mobile device," appears in your previously used device, click the log-out button. 3. When a pop-up saying, "Account is currently being used on another mobile device. Would you like to disconnect and log in to this mobile device?" appears in your new mobile device, click the log-in button. 4. After running WAYSKIN apps, connect to WAYSKIN apps by tapping WAYSKIN icon on upper right > [Connect Device] If you still cannot connect your WAYSKIN device with the above method, turn off the Bluetooth in the previously used mobile device and try again.
