Title Unable to connect WAYSKIN device with smart phone.

1. Please update WAYSKIN app to the latest version. 2. Please ensure the device is fully charged. 3. Please reset the device by holding the power button on the reverse side. (LED flickers 3 times when the device is reset.) 4. Please check if the device is registered to another account. If so, sign in with the account and delete the WAYSKIN device from the account and try to connect again. 5. Please check if the Bluetooth function is working properly. 6. If you still have problems after trying the above steps, please contact Customer Support Division(help@helloway.co).
